One of the introductory slides to a magnificent lecture held in London at the last congress of Aesthetic Medicine: the FACE in June 2019.
For me it is an annual event not to be missed, for the quality of the exposed relations, the international cultural comparison that derives from it, and the development of techniques and experiences more and more innovative.
The orientation of the international scientific community corresponds exactly to the first slide that I fully share. There was a need to clarify the many excesses of recent years that instead of bringing a natural elegant healthy appearance, have changed individual characteristics.
Our patients should always be listened to and oriented towards a comprehensive preventive care and with the aim of keeping intact their unique characteristics, correcting small imperfections and not standardising to the canons not natural and stereotypical.
But how to achieve this result??????
In the first evaluation we will observe with a precise objectivity which structures and in which areas will suffer a collapse to gravity within the next few years and we will evaluate in those points with which garrisons we can work in safety.
The first garrison is still confirmed hyaluronic acid for the reasons we already know, but not only to fill – stimulate – hydrate, but above all to redefine and anchor.
