The biorevitalization of the skin mantle (periocular face, neck, decollète, hands ) is one of the oldest procedures of aesthetic medicine.

Its goal is to keep the skin hydrated and cared for, thus giving a bright and healthy appearance but also stimulate the production of collagen and elastin to obtain a lasting skin firmness.

To facilitate this procedure, the most recent scientific innovation has provided a new device called “nanosoft”.

It is a device constructed with three tiny micro-needles of 0.6mm in length and 36G in diameter, to minimise bruising, and allow thanks to its particular conformation, its use in delicate areas such as the periocular area and the neck, always considered difficult areas for their anatomy.

Its use is reported by our patients to be far less painful than the previous ones and must be adapted as always to their clinical picture.

It’s a pleasure to offer our patients the latest innovations in the field of aesthetic medicine, to treat their appearance, respecting their individuality, and their health in absolute safety

Regenerative medicine with HIFU technology (point and linear) is a technology that uses the so-called “heat therapy” as a rejuvenating power of the skin by stimulating to produce collagen and elastin. The effect that is obtained is an improvement of the lower third of the face and then a kind of “lifting” effect with a lifting of the cheeks and chin with reduction of geniene nose wrinkles.

There are no side effects of swelling, bruising, folliculitis or burns during treatment and even after no disruption of social life.

You can do it whenever you want, even during the summertime, and regardless of the work you do. We are in the field of “Slow age” where the approach of HIFU technology and above all the linear, is currently the most performing.

It is essentially to create the “lines” of heat in such a way as to form a sort of virtual network in support of the sagging of the cheeks and chin, the heat thus created stimulates the collagen that is our “elastic” skin

Through the use of this type of thermal action, remarkable results are easily achieved, such as the improvement of sagging cheeks, the reduction of double chin and neck wrinkles.

Non-invasive, non-surgical does not require anaesthesia: the linear function is distinguished from the traditional Point function (the classic Hifu technology) because it was born to be applied, not only for lifting but also to give more “illuminating” effect acting on both red and brown, thus decreasing both red and brown spots on the face.

How long does the procedure take?
It takes about 25/30 minutes for the complete facial treatment

Can you perform treatment after a botox or filler?
The procedure with UltracelQ+ is recommended to be performed before botox or filler or several months later

How effective is it?
I risultati sono visibili fin da subito e raggiungono il suo massimo da 2/3 mesi e durare in media 12 mesi, in base alla fisiologia e lo stile di vita dei pazienti.

Quanti trattamenti sono necessari?
It depends on the problem of each patient, in any case it is effective even with only one treatment. However, if you want to get better and longer lasting effects, you can perform additional treatments… 1 or 2 treatments per year would be enough on average.

And it is precisely when the child begins to leave the world of games to enter that of relationships, just in the most extraordinarily significant period of life of all of us, that she arrives, Miss Acne.

It slowly takes possession of our face and not only.

It likes to settle also on the shoulders, on the back, on the décolleté.

It takes his place and stays there for years.

Yes, because acne is a chronic disease that accompanies boys throughout adolescence.

It is an inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands and therefore, in addition to being ugly to see, it is also hard to bear: oily skin, itching, sometimes pain (if there are nodules and deep lesions).

But the really unbearable thing for young patients is undoubtedly the impact on the image.

And I’m not just talking about the image that others have of us, but the image that we have of ourselves.

Acne aims at self-perception and while until just before these guys were the beautiful creatures that the mom created, they now feel like monsters in front of peers and this sends them into crisis.

Numerous studies show that anxiety and depression accompany the patient with acne in the very period when the need for social acceptance becomes more pressing.

At this time when it is so common to show themselves, they would like to hide.

Hence the numerous requests for dermatological examination for acne.

Although it is not a dangerous disease for health, the patient is willing to do anything to get rid of it.

What is the role of the dermatologist?

Surely the therapeutic choice should be taken into account of discomfort of the patient, it should be considered that acne can also be a spy of more complex pathologies (of hormonal type for example), cosmetic education should be done (because guys sometimes try everything, even wrong).

Therapy should be undertaken on a case by case basis, remembering how essential it is to intervene in the forms of acne that can leave scars.

For the rest it is right to give references to these young patients without stressing them too much, to encourage them not to lose self-esteem by passing the concept that now is to them to take care of themselves and that, starting with the skin with acne, Nothing will be perfect in life, but they will not be less happy

One of the introductory slides to a magnificent lecture held in London at the last congress of Aesthetic Medicine: the FACE in June 2019.

For me it is an annual event not to be missed, for the quality of the exposed relations, the international cultural comparison that derives from it, and the development of techniques and experiences more and more innovative.

The orientation of the international scientific community corresponds exactly to the first slide that I fully share. There was a need to clarify the many excesses of recent years that instead of bringing a natural elegant healthy appearance, have changed individual characteristics.

Our patients should always be listened to and oriented towards a comprehensive preventive care and with the aim of keeping intact their unique characteristics, correcting small imperfections and not standardising to the canons not natural and stereotypical.

But how to achieve this result??????

In the first evaluation we will observe with a precise objectivity which structures and in which areas will suffer a collapse to gravity within the next few years and we will evaluate in those points with which garrisons we can work in safety.

The first garrison is still confirmed hyaluronic acid for the reasons we already know, but not only to fill – stimulate – hydrate, but above all to redefine and anchor.

In its aid against gravity there are the absorbable tensile wires…

But which ones to choose? Simply THE BEST!

When a wire, once reabsorbed, induces a production of collagen (our fundamental constituent) type I and type III (the best) can be considered as an excellent ally against gravity.

When a wire, once reabsorbed, induces a production of collagen (our fundamental constituent) type I and type III (the best) it can be considered as an excellent ally against gravity.

In the coming years we will also hear a lot about regenerative medicine, where you use either your own adipose tissue or skin and subcutaneous withdrawals to stimulate – fill – regenerate.

We remain curious and attentive to the next interesting scientific innovations of which we will inform you, after having studied and tested them with care
